Warmth from Below — A Special November Session
November brings a quieter rhythm to Chamonix. Autumn colour lingers and the afternoon sun still feels warm, while the days grow shorter and the valley settles into the weeks before snow.
As the light fades, you may notice changes in your energy, mood or sleep. In Traditional Oriental Medicine, light and warmth are associated with Yang. This perspective invites us to care for the warmth within.
This November, I am offering Warmth from Below, a special session bringing together three approaches:
Anpuku (Japanese abdominal bodywork) gently works with the abdomen, with attention to warmth and movement at the centre.
Teishin (a gentle Japanese meridian tool) is used with a light touch along the meridians, with the intention of encouraging the flow of Qi.
Rolfing® focuses on the feet and legs, exploring support from the ground and a natural sense of lift through the body.
Together, these approaches share one intention: warmth in the belly and lower back, support through the legs, and room for the neck and shoulders to soften. Each session is adapted to how you feel on the day.
Available in Chamonix during November 2026, in 75- or 90-minute sessions. Regular appointments are also available through the same booking link.
