Innate Breathing
Gravity is constantly pulling on us, if our bodies are out of alignment.
I release the force of this contraction with gravity by using a slight traction of the head-neck. This is maintained and we wait for a change.
At a certain point the patient and I both feel a sudden of stillness. As soon as this occurs, their innate breathing suddenly commences. This is called primary respiration, which reveals the inherent wisdom within the human body.
This primary respiration is able to activate the body’s self-regulatory system.
